We had an incredible experience performing beneath Luke Jerram's #MarsArtWork installation at the R.o.R Festival in Nova Gorica. As the vibrant replica of the Red Planet illuminated the night sky, our contemporary dance performance captivated the audience. The R.o.R Festival was in full swing, a celebration of art, music, and culture that transformed the city into a vibrant canvas. The artwork was more than just a visual spectacle; it felt like we were stepping into another realm, a space where creativity and cosmic curiosity collided.
We explored themes of exploration and connection, mirroring the human spirit’s quest for understanding both within ourselves and beyond into the cosmos. The energy in the air was electric, with cheers and applause resonating under the celestial art piece, creating a memorable atmosphere of unity and inspiration.
The night was a beautiful reminder of how art can transcend boundaries, bringing people together as we all dream of reaching for the stars.
